About Us: Introductory page about the exhibiting company, it's market, products, services, etc.

Contact Us: Informs registered visitors of the most relevant email addresses, postal address, contact numbers including fax and the name/names of the person/s that visitors may contact.

Press Release: Visitors can view/download exhibitors' latest press releases. Exhibitors can upload up to 5 most recent press releases. These can be changed on an unlimited basis.

Visit our website: Visitors can click on this link that will lead them directly to exhibitors' company homepage or to a relevant page on their website.

Take a brochure: Visitors can view/download exhibitors' brochures. Exhibitors can upload up to 6 brochures in PDF or Word format. These files may be edited or replaced as often as required.

Product Showcase: Visitors can view/download exhibitors' products and services details. Exhibitors can upload up to 6 product showcases in PDF or Word format. These files may be edited or replaced as often as required.

Chat Meeting: Visitors can chat with the exhibitor if online during visit or fill out the form in order to schedule a later meeting in chat.

Presentation: Visitors can view/download exhibitors' presentations. Exhibitors can upload up to 2 presentations in Powerpoint format. These files may be edited or replaced as often as required.

VoIP Meeting: Visitors can call the exhibitor via the VoIP software if online during visit or fill out the form in order to schedule a later VoIP phone call.

Conference Hosting: Exhibitors are entitled to host conferences in live video streaming that can be watched directly online or downloaded at a second time.

White Papers: Visitors can view/download exhibitors' white papers that are also published in our conference room. Exhibitors can upload up to 5 white papers in PDF or Word. These files may be edited or replaced as often as required.

Search Engine Keywords: Our search facility will enable visitors to find exhibitors' stands and company quickly.
Keywords are of utmost importance when searching for information, products and services or speciality issues, industry specific sectors and industry vertical sectors. Exhibitors can submit as many as 14 search terms, words or phrases

Stand Ticker Message: The ticker is a banner that you will find at the top of the web page where the stand is located. The ticker message enables exhibitors to deliver key company messages and features of their presence at the expo. To ensure that the exhibitors' presence is up to date ticker messages can be changed as often as required.

Virtual Business Cards: Every visitor can leave their virtual business card at each stand they visit. Exhibitors will automatically send their virtual business card through to the visitor that has leaft his.
